ROSA PEROBA

Botanical Name: Aspidosperma peroba

Origin: Brazil and parts of northern Argentina

Description: Not commonly available today, this veneer is a pale to mid rose-pink colour, sometimes with darker streaking. It has a close and somewhat irregular grain with a fine texture and is occasionally used for specially commissioned furniture.
